Do I need my own server?
No. Hosting, DNS, certificates and backups are on us — you just edit the content.
Can I use my own domain?
On Basic, yes. Point your domain at us and we set up HTTPS automatically. Free only gets a yourshop.xorahub.com subdomain.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to our local bank account. Make the transfer, then upload the payment screenshot in your dashboard; we activate after confirming, usually within 1 business day.
Bank transfer only for now — no online card payment; the platform never receives or stores card details.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Free to Basic any time; between monthly, yearly and 3-year we pro-rate the remaining coverage. Just tell support.
What exactly does Free limit?
Three things: a watermark, subdomain only, and at most 10 items. Inquiries: 5 visible per month — anything beyond that is locked, not deleted, and comes back when you upgrade. Everything else is open to try.
How do I cancel?
Simply do not renew — no contract, no automatic charges. When coverage ends the site turns read-only, your data stays, and you can restart any time.
